art of community service

Most travelers return home with memories and souvenirs. But how many leave something behind? Now your students can make their mark.

The Art of Community Service is a unique travel program that pairs American students with their youth peers from developing communities as they collaborate on an art-based community-service project like a large-scale mural or recycle-based renovation.

Since 2005, ACS teams have completed projects on Costa Rica's Chira Island, in the Andean village of Ambatillo, Ecuador and on the Navajo Nation in northern Arizona.
