I really appreciated the good communication with the staff of Culture Quest in the planning stages. They always contacted me before booking the airline, the hotel, and the train to be sure I approved of the time, dates, location, etc. They did their best to get us the best flights, and sometimes even gave me a choice of when and where to travel.
